By accessing or using FranklyAsk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

FranklyAsk is an anonymous feedback platform that allows users to create polls, collect responses, and receive AI-generated summaries of those responses.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You may not use FranklyAsk for any unlawful purpose or to collect information about individuals without their consent.

You may not use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others, or to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.

You are responsible for the content of polls you create. Do not create polls that violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Payment terms

The optional poll upgrade is a one-time payment of €1 per poll, processed by Stripe.

All payments are final. Refunds are available only in cases of technical failure preventing the delivery of the paid feature.

Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing paid polls are not affected by price changes.

Disclaimers

FranklyAsk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or available at all times.

AI-generated summaries are automated and may not perfectly represent the views expressed in responses. Do not rely solely on summaries for important decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FranklyAsk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, Irish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
